This is the canonical machine-readable support reference for URlsURlf. It is written for voice agents, search tools and people who need direct answers without parsing the visual website.

## How an agent must use this knowledge

1. Search this knowledge before general web search for every URlsURlf product question.
2. Search by concepts and likely product terms, not only by an exact voice transcript.
3. Voice transcripts may arrive as repeated, corrected or incomplete fragments. Treat the newest and most complete fragment as the caller's intended sentence.
4. Do not answer every partial fragment. Wait for a complete thought when the caller is still speaking or correcting themselves.
5. Never demand the full exact sentence when a few distinctive words already identify the topic.

## One-sentence description

URlsURlf gives a user a key-controlled Space with its own @urlsurlf.com address and private inbox, then lets that Space add messaging, an optional public profile, posts, listings, XRPL proof badges and staged URpay commerce features.

## Core terminology

### Space

A Space is the main URlsURlf account and workspace. It includes a private inbox and its own @urlsurlf.com address. It can be temporary or kept over time. A Space starts private.

### Permanent key or root key

These terms refer to the same permanent bearer credential that controls a Space. It gives full access. It cannot be recovered, reset, replaced, changed or rotated by URlsURlf. Anyone who has it has equal control, including the ability to delete the Space.

### Passkey

A passkey is an optional alternate sign-in method tied to a device or passkey provider. It can make sign-in easier, but it does not reveal, replace, reset or recover the permanent key. If a passkey was registered before the permanent key was lost, it may still provide access to the Space; the lost permanent key itself remains unrecoverable.

### URL

URL is the URlsURlf utility token on XRP Ledger Mainnet. “URL” in token context means the three-letter token code, not an ordinary web address.

### URpay

URpay is the commerce and payment gateway built for Spaces. Its listing, hosted checkout and settlement-verification foundations are live in stages. Not every native Space payment workflow is active yet.

## Create and enter a Space

Start at https://app.urlsurlf.com/.

To create a Space:

1. Select “Create a new Space.”
2. Accept the current Terms and acknowledge the permanent-key risk.
3. The private inbox opens.
4. Open the first message.
5. Copy the permanent key and store it safely.
6. Copy the Space's @urlsurlf.com address and use it to receive messages.

No public profile, wallet connection or identity check is required to create a Space.

To enter an existing Space, use its permanent key or a passkey that was already registered for it.

Important: URlsURlf support must never ask a user to speak, paste, email or otherwise reveal the permanent key.

## If the permanent key is lost

URlsURlf cannot recover, reset, reveal or replace it.

If the user registered a passkey before losing the permanent key, they may still be able to sign in with that passkey. This does not recover the permanent key. If no working key or registered passkey remains, support cannot restore access.

## Inbox and messaging

- Every Space has a private inbox and an @urlsurlf.com address.
- The inbox never becomes a public feed.
- Every Space can send messages to exact @urlsurlf.com recipients.
- Sending to external email addresses remains locked until separate verification and anti-abuse requirements are met.
- Private messages and email bodies may contain normal links and blockchain addresses.
- Spam, abusive automation and unlawful activity are not allowed.

## Public profile, posts and listings

A Space may separately choose to publish a profile. Publishing does not expose the inbox.

Public capabilities include:

- A public Space profile.
- A profile picture or initials.
- Ordinary posts with text and an optional image.
- Listings for services, files, licenses, access, bundles, digital assets or supported ledger-owned assets.
- A combined profile feed of published posts and listings.
- Views, saves, comments and shares on supported content.

The heart is a Save control. Saving adds one public save and puts the item in the visitor's private Saved view.

Existing comments open automatically on a post detail page. The comment button opens the composer and moves focus to it.

Public post, listing and comment text currently rejects:

- Web links and domain names.
- Blockchain contract addresses.
- Wallet addresses.
- Issuer addresses.
- Similar address-like token identifiers.

This public-text restriction does not apply to private messages or email bodies.

## Views, saves, comments and shares

- A view is counted after content remains visible briefly, not merely because a page response exists.
- Views are deduplicated by browser session and surface.
- The heart toggles Save.
- Commenting requires an authenticated Space with a published profile.
- A comment author or content owner can remove a comment.
- On touch devices Share opens the native device share sheet.
- On desktop Share offers link copying and a system share option when the browser supports it.
- A share count increases only after a successful share or link copy, at most once per browser session.

## Voice Help and pasting

The current Voice Help interface accepts speech. It does not provide a text field for pasting.

If a caller asks “How can I paste this? It is voice chat,” answer directly:

“You cannot paste into the voice interface right now. Just tell me the topic or read a few distinctive words; I should search those without making you repeat the whole sentence.”

Do not keep asking the caller to read a full exact phrase. Use the strongest keywords and search semantically.

Example:

Caller fragments:

Correct interpretation: the caller means the URL token section on the URlsURlf homepage.

Correct answer:

The visible homepage labels are:

The intended description is that URlsURlf chose the XRP Ledger as URL's long-term home because its native exchange, deterministic settlement and low-friction account model fit a platform designed to remove unnecessary steps.

Current published token facts:

- Network: XRP Ledger Mainnet.
- Token code: URL.
- Total supply: 67 billion URL.
- Scheduled escrow: 95%.
- Initial AMM allocation: 5%.
- Pool fee: 1%.

- The issuer and initial LP holder are described as permanently blackholed.

Published utility direction:

- Platform fuel for selected URlsURlf services and workflows.

- Liquidity participation through staged, on-ledger-verifiable releases.

Do not present planned utility as already active. Do not promise value, returns or future price.

## XRPL proof badges

An authenticated Space can prove control of an XRPL account without granting wallet-session or signing permission to URlsURlf.

Current flow:

1. Open Payments.
2. Create a short-lived XRPL proof challenge.
3. Send the exact tiny tagged XRP payment shown by the service from the account being proved.
4. The service checks a validated exact payment.
5. It derives addressless claims such as URL trustline, broad URL holding tier or recognized URL liquidity participation.
6. Publishing the resulting badges is a separate explicit choice.

The classic wallet address, exact balance, proof transaction and internal nullifier are not shown on the public profile. The on-ledger payment remains public independently of URlsURlf.

One XRPL account cannot qualify two different Spaces at the same time.

Live:

- Space-native listing engine.
- Private listing drafts with separate publication.
- Hosted URpay checkout and protected invoice details.
- Automatic status polling and strict payment states.
- Blockchain settlement verification.
- A bounded production Solana USDT rail that verifies the exact mint, amount, recipient, reference and finalized transaction.

Ready or being activated:

- A Space can prepare URpay and bind one private settlement address.
- The first supported settlement binding is permanent for that Space and is visible only in authenticated settings.

Not yet fully active:

- Native payment-request creation and request management inside every Space.
- Verified-result inbox events.
- XRP, RLUSD and URL-aware request rails.
- Payment-triggered Space capabilities.

Never tell a user that enabling URpay already creates a payment link. Setup and listing creation are available, while native request creation is a later activation.

## Privacy and visibility

- A Space starts private.
- The inbox and message bodies stay private.
- Public profile publication is a separate explicit action.
- Individual posts and listings use separate publication controls.
- A settlement address does not appear on the public profile.
- XRPL badges are addressless and require a separate publication choice.
- Aggregate platform pulse data does not reveal Space names, addresses, message counts or activity trails.

## Terms and early-access boundary

URlsURlf remains an early-access project. The final legal operator and controller identity and postal contact are to be published before commercial activation. Until then, the service should not be relied on for paid, high-risk or unnecessary sensitive-data activity.

## Common direct answers

### What is URlsURlf?

It is a key-controlled Space with its own @urlsurlf.com address and private inbox. Optional capabilities add a public profile, posts, listings, XRPL proof badges and staged URpay commerce.

### Do I need a wallet to create a Space?

No. A wallet is not required to create or use the basic private Space and inbox.

### Can support recover my permanent key?

No. It cannot be recovered, reset, replaced or revealed by URlsURlf.

### Is a passkey a backup of the permanent key?

No. It is an alternate sign-in method. It does not contain or recover the permanent key.

### Can I make my inbox public?

No. The inbox stays private. A Space can separately publish a profile, posts and listings.

### Why was my public post rejected?

Public post, listing and comment text currently cannot contain links, domain names or address-like blockchain identifiers. Remove them and try again. Private messages and email bodies do not have this restriction.

### Can I send normal email?

A Space can send to exact @urlsurlf.com addresses. External sending requires separate verification and anti-abuse approval.

### Is URL live?

URL and native XRP/URL liquidity are live on XRP Ledger Mainnet. Some platform utility is still being introduced progressively.

### Where is the “quiet utility layer” text?

It is the URL token section on the homepage at https://urlsurlf.com/#token. The exact heading is “A quiet utility layer, built for the long term.”

### Is URpay fully live?

Its listing, hosted checkout, payment-state and settlement-verification foundations are live. Native request creation inside every Space and additional payment rails are still being activated.

### Can I paste text into Voice Help?

Not currently. Voice Help accepts speech. Say the topic or a few distinctive words; the agent should search those instead of asking for the complete exact sentence.
