Terms of Service
The rules for creating and operating a URlsURlf Space.
Version 2026-07-23.2
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of the URlsURlf service (“URlsURlf”, “we”, “us”). The service is currently operated as the URlsURlf project. Its final legal operator identity is being established and will be published in these Terms before commercial activation. Until that information is published, do not rely on the service for paid or high-risk activity.
By creating or continuing to use a Space after being asked to accept these Terms, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it.
Terms questions: legal@urlsurlf.com. Illegal or abusive content reports: abuse@urlsurlf.com.
2. A Space and its permanent key
Anyone who has it can control the Space, read its private content, act as the Space and permanently delete it.
- The permanent key cannot be recovered, reset, replaced or rotated by URlsURlf.
- You are responsible for storing it securely, keeping offline backups where appropriate and sharing it only with trusted operators.
- A passkey is an optional alternate sign-in method. It does not replace, reveal or recover the permanent key.
- We cannot distinguish you from another person who presents a valid key or passkey.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you bear losses caused by losing, disclosing or mishandling credentials within your control. This does not limit responsibility that the law places on us for our own acts or omissions.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service only lawfully and with respect for other people. You must not use it to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive promotions or abusive automated traffic;
- phish, distribute malware, evade access controls or interfere with the service;
- impersonate others, defraud, threaten, harass or exploit people;
- publish or transmit unlawful content or infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
- collect, expose or misuse personal data without a lawful basis; or
- circumvent safety limits or help another person do so.
Private messages and email content are not subject to the specific public-text address filter below, but all acceptable-use rules still apply. External email access may have additional verification, volume and anti-abuse limits.
4. User content and temporary public-text restrictions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to make content public when you choose to publish it.
For now, user-generated text in public posts, public listing titles, summaries and descriptions, and public comments must not contain:
- web links, domain names or decentralised-storage links; or
- blockchain contract, wallet, account, issuer, token or similar addresses.
An automated pattern-based validator blocks likely matches before publication and explains what must be removed. A match does not by itself imply wrongdoing, and the filter may produce false positives. Structured platform fields expressly designed for verified payment or asset data may apply separate rules.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
5. Moderation and service protection
We may restrict visibility, reject, remove or preserve content, limit features, suspend access or delete a Space when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to a valid order, protect users or secure the service. Where required and reasonably possible, we will explain the main reason and provide a way to challenge the decision.
Send moderation challenges or notices to legal@urlsurlf.com. Include the Space name, content location, the decision being challenged and your reasons. We may request enough information to assess the request without asking for the permanent key.
6. Blockchain, XRPL and payment features
Blockchain networks are independent systems. Transactions may be public, irreversible, delayed or affected by fees, validators, third-party software, market conditions or protocol changes. URlsURlf does not custody assets, guarantee a transaction, provide investment advice or promise the value, legality or availability of any token or service.
You must verify addresses, amounts, tags, issuers and transaction details before signing. You are responsible for taxes, licences, disclosures and other obligations relating to your activity. Separate feature terms or fees may be shown before paid or settlement features become active.
7. Service availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, change, discontinue or limit features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, delivery of every message or compatibility with every device or third-party service. Keep your own copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
8. Warranties, risk and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities or goodwill arising from the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and, where applicable, liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms makes an unfair term binding on a consumer.
9. Ending use and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. A key holder may permanently delete the Space through Settings. Deletion removes active Space data as described in the Privacy Notice, subject to security records, backups, legal obligations and content already transmitted to third parties or public networks.
We may end or suspend the service or your access under Section 5. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, risk allocation and dispute terms, continue after termination.
10. Governing law, disputes and changes
Applicable law and available courts depend on the parties and the mandatory rules that apply to them. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your country of residence.
Please contact legal@urlsurlf.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent legal protection or using a regulator, consumer body or court where the law permits.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or feature changes. The effective date and version will change. If a change materially affects existing use, we will present the updated Terms for acceptance before continued authenticated use where appropriate.
