XRP, RLUSD and URL-aware requests are not built. Do not treat them as incoming or as a reason to hold URL.

Designed to fail closed

A balance is never proof of payment.

URpay credits only the exact finalized transaction assigned to an invoice. A different asset, network, destination or amount does not pass.
